BEAN Corp.(이하 "회사")는 RemoteSup 서비스(Host, Mobile Host, Connect, Connect Mobile 및 경유 서버, 이하 "서비스")를 제공하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 처리합니다.
개인 이용자(개인사업자 포함)가 회사의 공개 경유 서버를 통해 쓰는 서비스는 무료이며 회원 가입 없이 사용합니다. 회사는 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호 같은 정보를 받지 않습니다. 법인·단체의 이용과 내부망 전용 설치는 별도 계약으로 제공합니다(이용약관 제4조, 문의 sales@xbeancorp.com).
제1조 처리하는 개인정보와 목적
회사는 원격 연결을 이어 주는 데 필요한 최소한의 정보만 처리합니다.

접속 IP 주소로 국가와 도시를 추정하는 것은 서버 안의 위치 데이터베이스로 처리하며, 외부에 보내지 않습니다.
제2조 처리하지 않는 정보
- 원격 연결 중의 화면, 소리, 카메라 영상, 파일, 채팅, 키보드·마우스 입력은 두 기기 사이에서 암호화되어 오가며, 회사 서버는 그 내용을 보거나 저장하지 않습니다. 직접 연결이 안 될 때 쓰는 보조 중계 서버도 암호화된 데이터를 그대로 전달만 합니다.
- 브라우저로 연결할 때는 Host 로그인 확인과 연결을 맺기 위한 협상 정보가 경유 서버를 지나갑니다. 경유 서버는 이를 전달만 하고 저장하지 않으며, 비밀번호는 원문이 아닌 확인값으로 오갑니다.
- 내부망 전용으로 설치한 경우에는 회사 서버를 거치지 않으므로 회사가 처리하는 정보가 없습니다(라이선스 발급에 필요한 정보 제외).
- Connect의 장비 목록과 비밀번호는 이용자의 기기 안에만 마스터 암호로 암호화되어 저장됩니다.
- 녹화 파일은 이용자가 켠 경우에만 Host가 설치된 PC 또는 기기 안에 저장됩니다.
- 자막(음성 인식)은 Connect가 설치된 PC 안에서 처리되며 외부로 보내지 않습니다.
- 광고, 이용 행태 분석, 외부 분석 도구(SDK)를 사용하지 않습니다.
제3조 기기 권한
Mobile Host는 이용자가 수락한 연결 동안에만 카메라, 마이크, 화면 캡처, 원격 제어(접근성), 저장소(파일 보기) 권한을 사용합니다. 알림 권한은 연결 요청을 알리는 데 씁니다. 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
제4조 보관 기간과 파기

법령에서 따로 보관을 정한 경우에는 그 기간 동안 보관합니다. 기간이 지난 정보는 서버가 하루 한 번 자동으로 지우며, 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 지웁니다.
제5조 제3자 제공
회사는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 따라 수사기관 등이 적법한 절차로 요청하는 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

미국 서버는 직접 연결이 안 될 때만 쓰는 보조 중계 서버입니다. 이전은 이용자가 연결할 때 네트워크로 이루어지며, 보관 기간은 제4조와 같습니다. 이전을 원하지 않으면 서비스 이용을 멈추거나 제9조로 요청할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 미국 보조 중계 서버를 쓰는 연결이 안 될 수 있습니다.
제7조 쿠키
로그인 상태 유지와 경유 연결에 필요한 쿠키만 사용합니다. 광고나 추적용 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다. 쿠키는 브라우저 설정에서 막거나 지울 수 있으며, 막으면 브라우저로 연결하는 기능(로그인)을 쓸 수 없습니다.
제8조 안전성 확보 조치
- 모든 통신 암호화(HTTPS, WSS, DTLS)
- 비밀번호와 암호는 원문을 보관하지 않고 해시값만 보관
- 기기 소유 확인에 연결마다 새로 만든 서명 사용
- 서버 접근 통제(열쇠 방식 접속만 허용), 관리 화면은 서버 내부에서만 접근 가능, 관리자 작업 기록
- 로그인·암호 추측 횟수 제한
제9조 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든 자신의 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 경유 ID를 알려 주시면 지체 없이 처리합니다. 앱을 지우면 기기 안의 정보는 함께 지워지고, 서버의 기기 등록 정보는 90일 뒤 자동으로 지워집니다. 더 빨리 지우려면 요청해 주세요.
제10조 아동
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
제11조 고객이 직접 운영하는 경유 서버
기업 고객이 자체 경유 서버를 설치해 쓰는 경우, 그 서버에서 처리되는 정보는 해당 고객이 관리하며 그 고객의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

제13조 변경
이 방침을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전에 이 페이지와 다운로드 페이지에 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전에 알립니다.
제14조 앞으로 바뀔 수 있는 것
회사는 앞으로 이메일 계정으로 로그인하는 기능이나 유료 서비스를 도입할 수 있으며, 개인 이용자의 무료 범위를 바꿀 수 있습니다. 그때는 새로 받는 정보(예: 이메일 주소, 결제 기록), 그 정보를 맡기는 업체(예: 로그인·결제 대행 업체), 보관 기간을 이 방침에 추가하고, 제13조에 따라 미리 알리며, 필요한 동의를 받습니다. 그 전까지는 위에 적은 정보 외에는 받지 않습니다.

BEAN Corp. ("we") processes personal data in providing RemoteSup (Host, Mobile Host, Connect, Connect Mobile and the relay servers, "the service") in line with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. The service is run from Korea.
For individuals (sole proprietors included) using it through our public relay server, the service is free and needs no account. We do not ask for your name, e-mail address or phone number. Use by companies and organisations, and installations for an internal network only, are provided under a separate agreement (Terms of Use, section 4; write to sales@xbeancorp.com).
1. What we process and why
Only what is needed to connect two devices.

Country and city are estimated from the IP address with a location database on our own server; nothing is sent elsewhere.
2. What we do not process
- The screen, sound, camera, files, chat, keyboard and mouse input of a remote session travel encrypted between the two devices. Our servers cannot see or store them. The backup relay, used only when a direct connection fails, passes the encrypted data on unread.
- When you connect from a browser, the Host sign-in check and the negotiation that sets up the connection pass through the relay server. It passes them on without storing them, and the password travels as a proof, not as itself.
- An installation for an internal network only does not use our servers, so we process nothing from it (except what a licence needs).
- Connect's device list and passwords stay on your own device, encrypted with your master password.
- Recordings, when you turn them on, are kept only on the PC or device where Host is installed.
- Captions (speech recognition) are made on the Connect PC and never sent out.
- No advertising, no behavioural analytics, no third-party analytics SDKs.
3. Device permissions
Mobile Host uses the camera, microphone, screen capture, remote control (accessibility) and storage (file viewing) only during a connection you accepted, and notifications to tell you about a connection request. You can turn each one off in the device's settings.
4. How long we keep it

Where the law requires a record to be kept longer, it is kept for that time. Data past its time is deleted automatically by the server once a day, in a way it cannot be recovered.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data. We disclose it only when the law requires, on a lawful request from the authorities.
6. Processors and international transfers
Our servers are run by Vultr Holdings, LLC in South Korea (Seoul) and the United States. The US server is a backup relay, used only when a direct connection fails, and holds only the IP address, Relay ID and bytes relayed. Data reaches it when you connect, and is kept as in section 4.
7. Cookies
Only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to make relayed connections. No advertising or tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings; connecting from a browser (signing in) then no longer works.
8. Security
- All traffic encrypted (HTTPS, WSS, DTLS)
- Passwords kept only as hashes
- Device ownership proven with a fresh signature on every connection
- Key-only server access, an admin console reachable only from inside the server, and a record of administrator actions
- Limits on sign-in and password guessing
9. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop its processing. Write to the address below with your Relay ID. Removing the app deletes what is on the device, and the server's registration is deleted automatically 90 days later; ask us if you want it sooner.
10. Children
The service is not meant for children under 14.
11. Relay servers run by customers
When a business runs its own relay server, the data on it is that business's, under its own privacy policy.

13. Changes
We announce changes on this page and the download page 7 days before they take effect, and 30 days before for any change that is less favourable to you.
14. What may change
We may later add signing in with an e-mail account or paid plans, and may change what is free for individuals. If we do, this policy will first list the new data (such as your e-mail address or payment records), who handles it for us (such as a sign-in or payment provider) and how long it is kept, with notice as in section 13 and your consent where it is needed. Until then we collect nothing beyond what is listed above.
